We’ve Seen Alot in our 73 year History

As the landscape of our daily lives continues to change surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to share with you what Kelly Office Solutions is doing to secure the best plan of service for you and your organization.

KOS is taking precautions to lower risks to everyone; our technicians and customer care team is putting all their efforts into solving problems that may occur over the phone to cut back on physical interaction with customers onsite. If customers need us onsite to resolve an issue, we are taking every precaution to ensure our clients safety. We have also restricted our sales team from making unnecessary visits to customer offices. We have informed all the sales team to use teleconferencing and video conferencing in place of office visits.

We plan to stay as fully functional as possible during this time, and we’re prepared to maintain our high level of customer service that you have come to expect with KOS. Our infrastructure and workforce are prepared for remote working strategies if necessary. The safety of our employees and customers is still our main priority.
