I really appreciate the quick responses to service calls and supply needs as they are phoned in. It is always a refreshing breath of air, when you can reach someone on the phone with a positive attitude and a willingness to work closely with the customer.

We depend on our copier to support our paperwork flow through the factory as well as our Engineering design department. In several cases Bernie was knowledgeable enough to assist me on the phone based on the code issues instead of having to make a service call.
